DESIGN & BUILD
Horizon Construction works closely with specialist design teams to procure a wide variety of projects in the commercial, automotive, education, healthcare, residential, bars and restaurants, and sports sectors. We procure the best professionals and trade contractors while managing cost objectives to the client’s expectations.
Horizon Construction is proud to be included on tender lists for a number of project managers and architects where we regularly tender traditional contracts. We have a good success rate and have built long term relationships with these companies.
Horizon has built a reputation for high quality and value, with clients for whom we regularly negotiate projects and procure work under a traditional form of contract. This provides the client with greater flexibility, ability to react to commencement quicker, and to have involvement in the selection of trades.
Horizon Construction operates a small works department dealing with lower value projects up to circa £250,000, reactive and scheduled maintenance requirements, and the maintenance and modernisation of a number of key clients’ property investment stock.
Our specialist areas of expertise include:
A design and build contract to convert the vacated Harley Davidson Sales & Aftersales area, along with full phased refurbishment of the existing facility into one larger Mercedes Benz showroom.
A traditional contract to build a bespoke golf club facility encompassing gymnasium, spin and dance studios changing and spa facilities, along with bar, restaurant and social members area.

A ten-bedroom extension at a Norfolk care home.
